The genesis of this vision began in 2001 in Isanlu, Kogi State, Nigeria when a couple whose son was bitten by a snake while working on their farm ran to me for financial assistance. The young boy was rushed to the hospital to receive medical treatment, but the parents were not able to shouldered the bill which was Two thousand three hundred naira (#2,300.00) at that time. As a young priest with a meagre monthly salary of one thousand eight hundred fifty naira (#1,850.00) only, which was just paid into my account, with an initial savings of Four hundred and fifty naira (#450.00) which makes a total of #2,300.00. This implies that the total money required for the boy’s medical treatment is the exact amount in my account at that time, which in effect left me with no choice than to close my bank account in order to save the boy’s live. To the glory of God, the boy survived the incident as a result of both divine and human intervention on a timely basis.
Considering what might have happened if the parents have not been able to raise funds for the treatment of their son, and the plight of many victims of a failing health who loses lives due to their inability to shoulder medical treatment, made me developed passions to help/assist as many people that are less privilege, that my family and I can render assistance to in our capacity.
My relocation to the United States of America gave room for vision expansion, which in turns witnessed a huge success as many lives were blessed in many areas which include but not limited to; Education, Health, Feeding, and Accommodation.
this foundation has produced graduates from both Polytechnics and Universities in Nigeria. The foundation has sponsored and is actively sponsoring people for all levels of education from Elementary, Secondary/High Schools through University Education.
Hospital bills were being paid for individual(s) with health challenges to facilitate their recovery and manage their health conditions.
People having accommodation issues were also rescued out of their predicament through the provision of housing with comfort. Widows and Orphans benefited more in this sphere. In addition, monthly allowance was given to some of the widows and orphans to provide for food, clothings and other necessities of life pending the time they regain financial stability based on the self-employment/education scheme provided to them by the foundation.
We investigate, and conduct interviews with all applicants just to ensure we are not rendering assistance to people who does not really need them. More so, TreBriKev Braimoh Foundation is dully registered both in the United States of American, and in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Bearing in mind that TreBriKev Braimoh Foundation was born out of the passion to alleviate hardships, and promote human dignity by rendering assistance with no discrimination or sentiments to the needy and less privileged, led to the expansion of the foundation to a level that is far beyond what a family can continually shouldered. In lieu of this, we hereby solicit for your moral and financial support as we all continually provides succor and reliefs to the needy/less privilege in this challenging time. Â
